The immortal Daniel Johnston. His story cannot be encapsulated into a blurb, but this [manic-depressive/fundamentalist Christian-raised/lovelorn/insane/genius/unprofitable servant/unserviceable profit] songwriter is a truly unique voice. This is his "unfinished" album, which Johnston says he had a nervous breakdown while recording. Features one his classics, "Walking the Cow." There's a great documentary about him, "The Devil and Daniel Johnston," which is essential viewing whether or not you end up liking his records.

I just saw this movie, awesome. Will DL when I get off work. I posted the kids soundtrack on here a while ago, the first some is some rare (maybe?) daniel johnston song... one of like a billion with the name Casper in them
